Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused,

• In its original packaging, and

• In the same condition as received.

Please note that used, damaged, or altered items are not eligible for return.

To start a return, contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via:

• Bank transfer, or

• Store credit (based on your preference).

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
